How to install, configure, and use the DibalasAI Android app for auto-reply.
The DibalasAI Android App is specifically designed to allow the chatbot to reply to messages automatically through notifications coming into your phone. This solution is very practical if you use regular messaging apps (such as WhatsApp Personal/Business or regular Messenger) without official API integration.
1. Installing the App
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
- Search for the app using the keyword DibalasAI.
- Tap the Install button to download and install the app on your device.

2. Sign In or Register an Account
To connect the app with your dashboard, please log in using the same account.
- Sign In with Google (Recommended): Tap the "Sign in/Register with Google" button to log in quickly using the Google account active on your phone.
- Sign In with Manual Email: If you use manual credentials, tap "Sign in with email",
Enter your registered email and password. If you don’t have an account yet, please click “Register here”
Enter the email address you want to register in the Email field. Create a secure password and enter it in the Password field, then retype the exact same password in the Confirm Password field. Click the “Register” button to complete the account creation process.
Please return to the login page, then sign in using the credentials you have just created. After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the homepage.

3. Selecting or Creating a Chatbot
After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the Home page.
- Tap the Select Chatbot button.

- If you have never created a chatbot on the web dashboard, this list will be empty. You can create one directly from the app by tapping the Create Chatbot button.

- Chatbot Creation Steps (Optional if you don't have one):
- Profile: Fill in the name, role, and greeting message of the chatbot. After that, press ‘Continue.’

- System Prompt: Determine the language, customer greeting, and tone of voice. After that, press ‘Continue.’

- Knowledge Base: Upload documents (PDF) containing your business information. Once the upload is successful, click ‘Continue’ to save your file.

- Tap Start using your chatbot. Your chatbot is now ready to use!
After successfully creating a chatbot, you will be on the homepage. Click ‘Select Chatbot’ to view the list of your chatbots.

- Profile: Fill in the name, role, and greeting message of the chatbot. After that, press ‘Continue.’
4. Activating the Auto-Reply Feature (Important)
In order for the chatbot to reply to messages coming into your phone, follow these steps:

On the Home page, Press “Select Chatbot” to view the list of your chatbots.
ou can press the ‘Top Up’ button if you want to increase your response quota or chatbot quota. You will be redirected to a website page to purchase a package.

Once the chatbot is active, you will see a list of supported messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram).

Tap the icon of the app you want to activate the auto-reply for (e.g., Messenger).

Turn on the toggle for that app.

The system will ask for confirmation to activate automatic replies. Select Yes.
Below is what it looks like when your chatbot has been successfully activated. The AI will begin responding to notifications from the applications you have selected. To deactivate it, simply press the toggle button again.

Very Important Note: For the app to work optimally in responding to incoming messages, make sure the DibalasAI app keeps running in the background. In addition, disable the Battery Saver feature specifically for the DibalasAI app in your phone settings so the Android system does not kill the notification reading process.
5. Other Features in the App
- Changing Chatbot Settings: You can tap the gear icon (Settings) next to the chatbot's name to change the prompt, knowledge, or greeting at any time.
Press “Update” to save the changes.

- Message History: Tap the message icon in the bottom navigation menu to monitor all conversation history that has been replied to by the chatbot via your phone.

- Profile & App Settings: Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation menu to change the app interface language or view account information.
